Centred Spaces is a Brisbane based home wellness business supporting women to feel calmer, more capable and more at ease in their homes. We combine low tox cleaning, home organising and practical home reset systems with a warm, non judgemental approach. We are not simply there to clean a space. We help create homes that feel lighter, easier to manage and more supportive of the people living in them.

Our clients are often busy, overwhelmed women who are carrying a significant amount of responsibility at home and in life. This includes working women, mothers, carers, neurodivergent women and people navigating burnout, illness, grief, pregnancy, postpartum recovery or major life changes. They care about their homes and wellbeing, but they may not have the time, energy, capacity or systems needed to keep everything running the way they would like.

Many women are carrying an invisible mental load that extends far beyond completing household tasks. They are constantly noticing what needs to be cleaned, organised, replaced, booked, remembered or followed up. When the home becomes difficult to manage, it can add to feelings of stress, shame, exhaustion and overwhelm. Centred Spaces reduces this load through practical, reliable and compassionate home support. We restore order, create simple systems and help clients feel supported rather than judged.
